OT - Booking Last Minute Cruises?

My DW and I are getting ready to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and I was thinking of booking a cruise - and hoping to find one of those "last minute" cruise deals... I'm not sure that they really exist and, honestly, doing a bit of looking on the web it seems that most of what i've found is just regular priced cruises -

Anyone have any experience they can share?? Should I try a travel agent or stick to the web?

Thanks, and C h e e r s,

My favorite cruise line is Celebrity.  If you call them within 30 days of a cruise they have huge discounts.  I would call a travel agent first. and then Contact celebrity and who ever has the best rate  go with that.

Gene Gene the Dancing Machine!!

Check out vacationstogo dot com.  They have teacher discounts (as well as a bunch of other kinds)...maybe you can find something there.  That is who I booked Mike and I's cruise with for December.

Good luck in finding something and hope you get a good deal!!

I agree with the previous poster as well! Vacations to go!

We booked a Caribbean cruise in November, departing in December. We got a balcony room for us plus our daughter for just over $1000. The original list was like 5 times that. They have some great deals! They will also work with you on military discounts and stuff like that.

here ya go.  I have used these people alot and have always been happy.  Any cruise is good as long as it's a cruise. My favorite thing to do anywhere, just get me on a ship, I love cruising!

Hope you find one you like, and Happy Anniversary!
